Thanks to HRH Obi (Dr.) Emmanuel Efeizomor 11, the obi of Owa kingdom. Chairman of Delta state traditional rulers council.
Who on the 26th of January, 2020, in his palace brokered the peace, in conjunction with other eminent chiefs in Aniocha North Local Government Area.
The Obi of Idumuje Ugboko HRM Obi Chukwunomso Nwoko and his cousin Dr. Prince Ned Nwoko a multi-billionaire philanthropist.
Who had been apart due to some irreconcilable differences for over four years? Idumuje Ugboko an agrarian community in Aniocha North L.G.A of Delta State.
Has witnessed unrest, multiple court cases, several arrests of some of its indigenes, and division of the town, the way it has never been.
The indigenes of the town’s joy know no bound after the truce was achieved in faraway Owa.
Several efforts have been made in the past to settle the lingering issues but to no avail.
As both parties had agreed to move ahead in peace and harmony.
One of the illustrious sons of the town Sir. Jossy Hannah (JP) FSG took time to thank God, members of CAN Idumuje Ugboko, stakeholders.
Peace committee members, well-meaning sons, and daughters of the town, women, the youths.
And everyone who has in one way or the other contributed to the actualization of peace returning to the town.
